Basic Telephony Program


Length:

  • 2-3 Days Long, Leader Led.

Pre-requisites:

  • None

Population Profile:

  • New and existing company sales reps who will have involvement with the basic telephony communication systems and services.


Program Objectives:

  • Performance:  The participant will be able to differentiate the company's various telephony processes and position value-added solutions and demonstrate competency in the company's communication process.

 

  • Conditions:  Through a leader led program the participants will work independently, in pairs and teams to apply the skills dealing with telephony and concepts presented in each module.  Reps will bring live accounts to the program to move through the various telephony technologies and prepare them to use basic telephony skills once they are back in the field.

 

  • Standards:  Throughout the course, participants will effectively present the compelling value of our company's communication techniques and demonstrate learned skills, while following the steps of the communication technology process.  A final exam will also be administered at the end of the program if desired.


Summary Evaluation

  • Students will demonstrate their competency through role playing of each phase of the selling process and successful completion of the module and final review testing.
